I am just bursting to write about this awesome flavour combination.

For real: Mint, matcha, and mango complement each other magnificently. Each sip seems to reveal a new dimension of each ingredient's character. 

Simple, clean, and dare I say it: better than ice cream. 

A boozy version works fantastically with a mango-infused vodka or (stay with us here) gin!

Maru's Matcha Mint Mango Frappé

Preparation time: Under 5 minutes
Serves 4 people


Maru Matcha No.5 "Green Kitchen" Culinary Matcha

The flesh of one mango, cut into cubes

About 10 fresh mint leaves

2 cups of ice

1 cup of non-dairy milk


Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Serve immediately to dear friends.
